St Joseph’s will be replacing Parent Teacher Interviews with Student Led Conferences. Student agency and ownership of learning can be developed when students lead their own parent-teacher conferences. Student-led conferences are meetings that are led by the student from start to finish. The student explains to their parents and teachers what they are achieving, what they are struggling with, and what they need to succeed.
Student Led Conferences will occur twice during the year. 
In addition to formal conferences, parents are encouraged to communicate regularly with teachers to discuss their child’s progress. Where necessary, parents can arrange an appointment at a mutually convenient time for an interview through the School Office.  
Parent Teacher Bookings are made via PAM (Parent Access Module) or the Simon Everywhere App. Parents are issued with a username and password upon enrolment.
